1. Why was my valid credit card declined when I placed my order?

Answer:
If you received an error message after entering your valid credit card information, it may be because your billing name or address does not match the information on your credit card statement. For your order to be processed, this information must be exactly the same. In the Billing Information page, enter the address that appears on your current credit card billing statement when you order. If this does not resolve the issue, you may wish to contact your credit card company to add a Shipping Address as your credit card ALTERNATE address.

2. How can I check payment information on my order?

Answer:
Use the Order History option on Your Account page to review the price, shipping information, or payment method for any order you have completed. To get to the Your Account page, just sign in and click on the Your Account link at the top left corner of page.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Answer:
Because we begin processing your order almost immediately after you place it, we cannot change or cancel an order once you submit it. If we have not yet shipped your product, please email to Sales@XavDream.com and we will try our best to stop the shipment. If your order has been shipped out, there is nothing we can do to stop it. For details, see FAQ Question no.10 - Return/Exchange policy.

4. Will I be charged tax?

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to California

5. Why did I not receive a confirmation email?

Answer:
You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order. If you did not receive an email after ordering, it's likely that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please email customer care at Sales@XavDream.com to verify that your order was received.

6. When will my credit card be charged for an order?

Answer:
Your credit card will be charged only when your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.

7. Is the shopping cart SSL secured ?

XavDream.com is a C-O-M-O-D-O secured site. As a company we invest in a great deal of resources and a considerable amount of time and effort to provide you with a secure shopping environment. Whenever you place an order with us, we will require your name, address, telephone number, credit card number, your email, and other personal information. None of your personal information will be disclosed to a third party without your expressed concern.

8. I received only part of my order. When will the rest be shipped?

Answer:
The products you ordered may originate from different locations, so sometimes we send them to you in separate envelopes/boxes to give you the fastest-possible service. This will not affect your shipping charges.

9. How do you pack the disc when you ship it to me?

Answer:
All orders are shipped in a plain box or envelope. No mention of its contents appear on the box. For our return address we use initials only to receive the same level of privacy. There is no sign, no label, no cover and no trade mark; so no one would really know what is actually inside.

All International orders have special packaging :

1)	The DVDs will be taken out from the juke case. No juke cases will be shipped.
2)	Each DVD will be put into an envelope to make the package looks thin like documents, and also to protect against scratches. If the order has only one or two disks, we will insert a card board to prevent damage to the disk.
3)	All international orders will have double-layered wrapping around the disk.
4)	We will use a different name on the return address of the shipping label for your privacy.

10. What is your return or exchange policy?

Note: XavDream.com will not pay or reimburse return shipping or postage on all returns or exchange items. But we will pay for one-way shipping postage back to you on exchanged items. In addition, all international customers agree to be responsible for all fees and duties if the package is returned.

Return Policy:
If product has been opened, it can not be returned for credit. You have 14 days (from the date we ship your order) to return it for a refund of the product's full price. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:
If products you receive are defective or cannot be played, we will exchange it for the same title. You must first email us to get an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package before you send it back to us.
